    Fasting was actually an advantage to me as i was so distracted by the thought of water i didn't have time to worry -and everything went fine
    Just make it clear you don't want visitors to the midwives & you will have your time to bond. PS i told everyone i was just seeing the OB the day of my Caesar so that limited visits

    My cs is on Thursday I am
    Not allowed to eat food after midnight but am allowed to drink water till 4am!! Then from 4am onwards nothing!!!
