    Default I must be lame...

    Sittin here by myself.
    Dh is at soccer training and dd is enjoying her second night of her holiday at my parents place and I just burst into tears coz I miss her so much.
    She's coming home tomorrow but I'm still a mess....

    Aw.. Its not lame. I think its sweet. I love hearing people miss their children. They are the most special people in thw world. They are worth missing. Your obviously a very devoted and loving mum and thats far from Lame

    Lots of hugs your way. You are not lame at all. I do the same. My son started daycare last week and yesterday I dropped him off and just sat at home and sobbed. If I saw a baby or child on TV I would cry again. It's amazing how you almost forget how to be alone (well I don't know who I am if not mom)

    Youre NOT lame!

    DD (who i almost strangled today - through no fault of her own - currently growing her 2 YO molars and driving me completely batty - understatment!) Got the BIGGEST hug ever after my 30min trip to the shops earlier.

    why? because i missed her and it was like all of the days nonsense had vanished in that half n hour we spent apart and all I saw was my charming DDs smile as i walked through the door.

    Good on you for lasting 2 days!!!!

    Not lame!! I would be devo without DD for 2 nights!!! She has only stayed away twice both times over a year ago.

    My mum normally looks after here while I work, I do 4 days a week So normally ok.
    This week I got suckered in to 5 days and as mums health is sometimes no great she had miss at her place so my dad can help too.
    Miss loves it there and has a ball which makes me feel better and I know they treat her the exact same way they would me....I know she's ok..
    But I just miss her.. Conned mum into taking a picture and messaging it to me so I could see her!
