    Nope, no egg..

    4 tablespoons of flour
    4 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tablespoons of cocoa
    2 tablespoons of oil
    2 tablespoons water

Mix well and microwave for 60 seconds.
(I usually only use 2 tablespoons of sugar as it's quite sweet, and I use milk instead of water)

That reminds me of my favourite microwaved cake (although it requires an egg so no good for you right now rainbow road)... For future reference this recipe rocks:

    1½ cups self-raising flour
    1 tablespoon NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa
    2/3 cup caster (superfine) sugar
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons margarine, melted
250 mL (1 cup) skim milk

    SAUCE
    2 tablespoons NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa
    ½ cup caster (superfine) sugar
315 mL (1¼ cups) boiling water

Sift flour and cocoa into a large bowl, stir in sugar and make a well in the centre. Whisk egg, margarine and milk together, and pour onto dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined, but don't beat vigorously or the pudding will be tough. Spread pudding mix into a round 2 litre (8 cup) capacity microwave safe dish. To make the sauce, dissolve cocoa and sugar in the boiling water. Gently pour onto pudding mix. To microwave this pudding cook on HIGH for 10 minutes. Test and if not ready cook for a further 2 minutes. Serve with low-fat custard or low-fat ice cream.

I've made naebie's cake, AND a mug cake. Naebie's is in the oven, the mug cake is going into my belly. And I've copy and pasted that recipe because my oven is cruddy and microwaves save me a lot of pain!

Mug cake is so good with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, or custard. It's more of a brownie than a cake though. And you can add Choc chips. Yum.

I'm making mug cakes at work today.
They forgive my terrible reports and lax start and finish times if I give them cakes and lollies.

    Thanks ladies!!!!
