Thumbs up Brisbane Northside Schools - HELP!!

Hi Ladies, can anyone give me ANY information/recommendations with any of the following schools?
    ta..

    McDowall State school
    Stafford State School
    Grovely State School
    Craigslea State School
    Albany Creek state school.
    Patricks road state school.

I'm aware some of these schools are said as being ''rougher''.. but would still like some opinions.. thanks

I'm at Stafford, but... more so on the boundry where it's everton park... i just fall short of mcdowall catchment by 2 streets (... but someone said I can put my name on the waiting list.. Patricks rd state school is a bit of a drive, but i don't mind, as long as it's a good school, then it doesn't matter I didn't ever think it would be this hard to decide where to send your kids to school !! lol. My parents just put us in the nearest school and that was it.

Have you checked out the MySchool website? I have heard great things about Patricks Rd, bad about Grovely and nothing about the others.

Use myschool, but take it with a grain of salt. Lots of factors can change the outcomes of the scores (ESL students who can't understand what the questions require, smaller schools who have varying abilities which averaged dont always give an accurate picture etc). Not to mention schools who cheat (not common, but I know for a fact it does happen). Best bet is to go to information sessions schools run and get a general vibe from that
