    Spatone here too. I made it clear to my ob that I did not want to end up with constipation and she recommended spatone. All good so far!

    I used Ferro Grad C before and after having DS. It was good but as a pp said it can make you very constipated so definitley keep the fluids up

    Thanks all!

    So I've ended up going with Spatone. Checked with my doctor yesterday and my levels were good so not deficient. So just a mild supplement is all I'm going to need!

    Had some yesterday with juice and couldn't even taste it!
