Default Time limit for newborn in a capsule seat?

Hi, I just hired a capsule seat for my newborn that attaches to my pram. This will come in handy for when I duck into the shops etc without having to lift baby out of the car seat / pram etc.
The original part to the pram is a flat bassinet, so it made me wonder if there is a recommended time limit that a newborn can be lying in the capsule (that is more curved).
    Thanks.

I think I read somewhere that it is 3 hours at a time. But I can't remember where.

I guess in most cases the child would be taken out for a feed in that time anyway.

This was my concern too. The capsule was good for short trips to the supermarket where it could be put in the trolley (never attempted the pram with trolley) but I always made sure she went in the pram or my arms if it was longer than just a supermarket trip.
