Default 9 weeks pregnant and so uncomfortable! Is it normal?

    Hello,

This is my third pregnancy and as the title suggests! I'm very uncomfortable. Didn't have anything like this with the last two.
I feel sooooo bloated, if I eat anything, even small meals I just feel so uncomfortable! My stomach looks like I'm 20 weeks at the end of the day (sometimes the morning) I feel like I've put on 1-2kg (all tummy) and a bit fluidy. I am constipated quite badly, but even if I eat something like two small pikeltes I feel so full, it feels like when I was 38 weeks pregnant! I almost feel out of breath too, with the fullness! I am eating a fair bit, normally do anyway, but I'm hungry so can't help that! I exercise and do eat healthily (most of the time!). Is this normal? I see my ob in 1 week. Does the bloatedness settle??
Or is it possible I could be a little further along? I have an US on Friday so will find out for sure! maybe they can tell me if there is a lot of fluid in there too! It just feels like I am 30 weeks plus not 9!! (definately wouldn't be more than 12 weeks if dates were wrong!)
    thanks in advance for replies

I felt that way for a while! It did pass though
Not sure if it's normal or not, as it is my first, but it did settle and all is healthy with my bubba so far! I think my body was just in shock ... Changing hormones etc
Hope all goes well with your ob & your ultrasound.

I could have written your post myself!! I think I am close to 8 weeks but I feel about 30! I have been bloated for over 2 weeks now, my belly is fully rounded and huge (huge for me anyways) I seriously look about 25 weeks pregnant yet I have actually lost 2KG in the last week! Im out of breath doing even the smallest task (im pretty fit usually) and I get full after about a quarter of my meal....so annoying because im hungry again 20 minutes later!! I just feel so full and bloated, I even have to sleep on my side with one leg up because my belly keeps getting in the way!

Going for my dating scan on Friday too so will find out for sure how far along I am. I dont remember feeling this bloated this early on with my last pregnancy.

I'm 9 weeks as well and do bloated that when I've told a few people they've looked at my belly and said they thought so, then tried not to look shocked when I've said I'm only 9 weeks!! I'm not eating too much, have only gained a kilo but it's like all my pre existing fat has rearranged itself- I can't even wear my normal pants anymore This is my second pregnancy, my first was 10 years ago!!

I've had this as well. From my (extensive!!) googling, it seems to be quite common. Most people say it goes away at about 11 or 12 weeks.

I'm 11 weeks today, so bring it on!!! It's so tough hiding it at work - surely all my baggy clothes must be raising suspicions by now!!

I've never been pregnant so I can only imagine how you are feeling.. But in regards to the constipation thing I feel the same.... My naturopath has put me on to keep me 'regular' do to speak!

I take vital greens, get it from the chemist like good price. Works a gem and it's all organic vitamins and minerals pretty much as the name states!

    Good luck and congrats!!

Yes it was horrible! I had the munchies aaaalllllll the time but would feel so sick/bloated afterward.

But it dissapeared around that usual 12 week mark. Yay for second trimester!
