    Default to those who had had a change in circumstances...

    do you find it hard to adjust to your new budget?
    ive always been struggling, now we are comfortable, yet i still have trouble spending even on neccesities like groceries. (though im better now with not looking a fruit/veg cost and just buying healthy stuff)

    YES! I struggle all the time. Mainly cause I have bad spending habits. It's worse when DH gets a pay rise & I automatically think we have all this extra money.
