OP you can add the brewers yeast to many other baked goods - or even smoothies etc I find the flaxseed meal even easier to mix in to normal foods as it's virtually tasteless.
The cookies are delicious but also very high in fat so be careful!! The amount you need to eat in order to boost supply nay also boost your butt, lol!

Is usually is in the supermarket just not in the baking isle. Just ask a shop assistant where the home brew stuff is, and you'll find it in small alfoil looking packets
