Default Ideas for white food only eaters

Spin off: so I read quite a few people says their kids eat only white foods, Having aversions which are quite difficult to deal with.
we are beginning to see this in ds (4), who is rejecting pasta sauces etc and eating plain pasta, rice, porridge and bread. He hates veggies and only eats some fruits (including red strawberries - go figure). I should mention he has symptoms and family history of Asperger's, which may contribute to this. He has always been served the same veggies as everyone else, same meals etc, up till recently when he insists on white stuff.

S what are your awesome ideas son sneaking healthy foods into the white ones? I am keeping m going by giving him pentavite which he likes for some reason. But it can't go on like this forever...

    Thanks

My friend has a little 7 year old like this....she only eats 2 minute noodles with olive oil on them, banana up and go's, vanilla yogurt(cannot have any black bits in it), MCdonalds chips, white biscuits of a certain brand, ready salted crisps and cheese slice sandwiches on white bread (the processed cheese has to be white).
She has eaten this way since she was 3 years old....the mum refuses to acknowledge she has a problem, she just calls her a fussy eater and laughs.

So whilst I dont have any advice on how to sneak healthy food in, I wanted to say good on ya for trying to nip this in the bud early on.

Thanks goth chick, that poor little girl, it sounds very difficult to deal with. We really don't want things to get to that point.

    Puréed cauliflower in everything!
Cauliflower cream gratin (with leek, YUM!!)
White sauce on pasta (with cauliflower puréed through) maybe even chicken or fish mixed in?
Swede has a very mild taste...

Hope someone can help I'm only faced with a mildly fussy eater, so I'm out of my depth here, but the first thing I thought was my Cauliflower Cream Gratin. It's the yummiest thing ever and it's purely white (if you pick a very light coloured cheese and only use the stem of the leek.)

Oh yum making me hungry now lol. We do a creamy chicken pasta, I think cauliflower would purée perfectly into it

I just made my risotto tonight, and I was thinking of this thread. I basically 'crumb' the cauliflower by shaving tiny slices off from the top all the way around and it comes out like crumbs. Its messy, and a little time consuming, but I like knowing we all get our 5 serves.
So there's a half cauliflower in there but you can't see it and barely taste it (I LOVE cauli, but my 3 year only likes it some days and I can never tell, so I hide it just to be safe).
