Default How accurate are 16 week 2d/4d gender scans???

Hi I've just had a gender scan done, I'm 16 weeks. The lady doing the scan said Shes 99.99 % it's a.... GIRL!!!!!!! And to go start buying pink!!!! So I did haha
She pointed out all the girl bits like where the clitoris ect was and she was sure it was a girl.
Have you been shown the girl bits and then found out at a later scan it's not a girl after all???
I'm sooo excited but scared it may be wrong. I'll put a pic up once DS is in bed to get you all to have a look
