    Default Weightloss & Breastfeeding

    Hi
just wondering if any mums have been successful in dieting whilst still breastfeeding?
I am still feeding my dd 17months but just one feed a day (before bedtime) and she has cows milk in morning from sippy cup. I really need to loose weight and have had some success with lite and easy but it getting to expensive to continue this. Has anyone had success with any of thse meal replacement type diets? i dont want to jepordise my milk supply but really need to get a good kick start to my weight loss.

I'm sorry I don't have any answers really cos I'm trying to do the same thing! My dd is 15 months and feeds on demand. I'm still so hungry all the time!
I tried weight watchers a few years before I had dd and it worked really well other than that I haven't tried any 'diets' as such. I lost 6 kg's a few months ago but that was from going to the gym 6 days a week and it's just not sustainable with a small bub!
