Default I have a hole in my fanny

I think I have a labial tear. My labia minora to be exact. The size of a five cent piece.

Yes, I can fit my finger through it. Doesn't hurt but it sure as hell wasn't there a few days ago.

Can't get into my GP until the end of next week otherwise I wouldn't be asking.

Any ideas what might be going on down there?

I don't want it to fly off during childbirth. How embarrassing would that be...

I managed to get to see the doctor this morning. Apparently a cyst discharged and took the tissue with it. In other words, it was blown out by a rupture. Although the doctor isn't too sure why I had cysts in the first place, I didn't opt for stitching and instead will wait for it to heal.
