    Default Toddler keeps grabbing tongue

    Hey all,
My son, 22 months old, keeps grabbing his tongue like there is something on it, then comes to me with his mouth open so I can get the non existent thing off his tongue. Anyone know what this is about?? Could it be teething? He doesn't touch his gums, or chomp on his fingers or anything, just scrapes the tongue.

My dd (15 months) does that too!! I have no idea why! Maybe just exploring?? Tongues are funny things I touch, he might just like the feel of it!
