    Default Hip Kids Furniture

Ok I can't find anything in Product reviews
so I want to know who's bought a box style bench seat with the toy storage box underneath.
The concept looks great you can only buy online and they are based in Melbourne I'm in Brisbane so I can't trial it for my 14mth old daughter.
Just want to know how easy it is for kids to sit on the seat and if it tips over or if they can fall back on the back rest since the image doesn't look so high a back as the normal wooden seats .

right a comment if you've tried the product I know it's only $100 to buy the chair but I don't want to buy & then find it's not suitable & then have to sell on EBAY which by the way no0one was selling one at the moment so I cldn't even ask them a question about.
    thanks

i have one, i got it for DS's 1st b'day. It's beautiful, quite heavy and has never tipped, and that's with my monkey who sometimes stands on the back of it
It's hard for them to lift the lid of the toy box part, which is an issue as DS gets frustrated with. We stupidly filled it with ball pit balls so he prefers to sit *in* it rather than on it LOL. It's sort of high and the seat is narrow so it's not terribly comfy, not really a lounge around to watch cartoons kind of chair. We got it b/c of the storage and b/c it looks so nice, instead of one of the fold out foam ones but you can't really use them the same way as its not a comfy chair.
Super easy to wipe clean though as it's vinyl.
    I really love ours.
    HTH!

We have the table and chairs.

Ds got it for his first birthday and I've never encouraged him to sit in it, it's not easy for him to get in and out of the seat, they're quite high, and being the mountain goat that he is he was always close to tipping it ..

He's just turned two and still can't touch the ground properly when sitting on the seats ...

The box on wheels is awesome though ...

thanks bub hubbers for the comments I knew u could help. It's always a worry buying stuff on line that u can't try out first & with no reviews on this table I just don't want to take the suppliers word for everything I mean they are just trying to sell the stuff. The lady at Hip kids did say it was suitable for age 2 - 4 years but that a little help from me she could manage to sit in the chair. but I really want my little girl to do drawing & finger painting and i think this table set ticks the boxes. I think I'll be getting it
