    Default so confused

    hi so new to this, hopefully i dont confuse everyone else
    My periods have been all over the place for the past year, finally saw my doctor and she referred me to a u/s and blood test, u/s sound came back normal and blood test came back that im low in Iron and not ovulating. she referred me to a fertility specialist at Sunnybank Private, Just wondering if anyone on here used this fertility specialist people,
    I just dont know what happens from here, very confused and feeling so stupid for not knowing anything

    Hi welcome

    Don't feel silly everyone starts their trying to conceive journey at some point & can all seem pretty confusing, I was surprised how little i knew about my own reproductive system in the beginning now 6 yrs after starting my journey i reckon I could give lectures about it. The first thing i did was buy a book about trying to conceive this helped me understand cycles, dietary requirements and just little things i wasn't aware of before. Then i started the investigation process of finding out why i wasn't getting pregnant this was quite a process for me & my partner lots & lots of tests, very frustrating at times but i'm pleased to say after 6 yrs of trying I'm finally 14wks pregnant. I would like to recommend QFG at Spring Hill this is where i had my fertility treatment & they are a fantastic team they even have a section where you can borrow books. I wish you all the best with your journey you may have some ups & downs just stay strong

    wow congrats on your pregnancy, its so true how little you actually know hey, think i might head to a book shop this weekend and grab a couple to read
