    Hi welcome

Don't feel silly everyone starts their trying to conceive journey at some point & can all seem pretty confusing, I was surprised how little i knew about my own reproductive system in the beginning now 6 yrs after starting my journey i reckon I could give lectures about it. The first thing i did was buy a book about trying to conceive this helped me understand cycles, dietary requirements and just little things i wasn't aware of before. Then i started the investigation process of finding out why i wasn't getting pregnant this was quite a process for me & my partner lots & lots of tests, very frustrating at times but i'm pleased to say after 6 yrs of trying I'm finally 14wks pregnant. I would like to recommend QFG at Spring Hill this is where i had my fertility treatment & they are a fantastic team they even have a section where you can borrow books. I wish you all the best with your journey you may have some ups & downs just stay strong
