Hope77, green mum to be, frostysmum and bear and mum,

Thanks for adding your posts. All wise words greatly appreciated in addition to just your support too.

Hope77, not brave....so not brave....just determined. Will do whatever has to be done because there's no other choice. Wish I was one of these women who got pregnant at drop of a hat and had no disease but after nearly 30 years of struggling with horrific periods, I realize it wasn't coincidence regrettably. I sound so thick don't I?

Transfer today went well. Seven cell day three embryo.

Hope is all that's left. Never take away hope...that's my real motto.

Giohara - very much hoping you have a sticky one. Keep in touch during the horrible tww and let us know how you are coping (while the needles seem to get easier the tww never does!).

    Hello girls,

Just thought I'd give my thread a little "bump" now that I know what that is!!!

No news my end except that my hubby and I took an impulsive two days to go to Sydney (what a beautiful city it is...I just love the Harbor).

We had an amazing hotel room thanks to a fluke upgrade (lucky to be lucky in some things) but now back home and bit down at thought of this cycle not working and my return to work tomorrow. Haven't been feeling so great today. Ah well, no point brooding is there?

Whatever will be will be....the futures not ours to see etc etc....

You will all be very glad that I'm not singing even if this is only in cyber land.

Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. All help gratefully received.

Hope everyone else had a good weekend too.

    X giohara

    Hi all,

Another little bump to anyone out there who is reading my thread.

Went back to work Tuesday and made it through a bad shift made worse by a colleagues ridiculous remarks about miscarriage and infertility. Honestly, as those of who who have read my other site posts (as MandP), why are some people just so insensitive. or could it really be that I am getting more intolerant myself and sensitive. All this prednisalone doesn't help.

The TWW officially ends Monday but I think it's already game over unfortunately. I have been feeling worse and worse, horrible tummy pains, bloated hugely and emotional and in the mornings but also at other times.....horridly nauseated. If it was anyone else, I'd say they were pregnant.

So, yesterday, despite the hypocrisy (yes I know I said I wouldn't do one and they can be inaccurate anyway) I POAS. BFN. But, still no AF which just prolongs the agony for me. I'm so sick of being unwell.

My mum is not doing well either so that hasn't helped my state of mind. I have been trying for a very long time to help her with this chronic pain condition that she has called restless leg syndrome. Even her pain specialist, must as my FS does, is pulling her hair out to know what to do to help.

I go through real periods of feeling complete futility over my inability (despite being medical) to help her with her most life affecting ailment and her desire for a grandchild. I seem to be failing badly on both accounts and not for lack of effort. Sorry if that sounds like heavy feeling sorry for self.

hope things are well for others at least,

will make a final posting when have definitive news,

    X Giohara

Lots of hugs coming your way. I hope the poas was just too early. Don't give up hope for this or that your mum will find a way to manage the pain. Hugs.

Thank you Rae, unfortunately the cycle was a failure.

My period came last night and I'm quite unwell again but I'm trying to focus on if there's anything I can change for another cycle or if it's time to. Homage to donor egg.

Welcome all thoughts...even the blunt ones. Sometimes, perspective is best from outsiders...

Thanks to everyone who posted here to encourage me and wish me well. It was deeply appreciated.

    X Giohara
