    If it was me who had of written that comment I would of meant it in a positive manner in a "you've done so good to lose so much weight already, but if you want to tone up you definitely need to exercise"

    Maybe the person is inarticulate like myself and didn't word it sensitively

    I think she was being rude. But I over think things and think alot of people are rude.

    It was following your opinion on your arms being flabby, so I think she meant you just need to exercise rather than lose more weight. I've seen your pics, you look H O T!!!

    You stated you didnt like your arms and weren't entirely sure how to fix the problem.thats what you stated,you were stating that you lacked experience or knowledge of how to adequately fix the situation.the person was telling you how to fix the issue.

    No nastiness intended as far as I am aware.
