    Default Triple P parenting program

My Gp told me a bit about them, just wanted to hear if anyone has ever done a program with them and did it help in making you a better parent?

My school run this program. Not a parent myself (yet) but every family I've spoken to about it has been extremely positive. Not heard anything negative from any of my friends who've done it either.
    Sorry cant be more helpful!

I've done PPP and it was pretty good. Taught me a lot about myself, more so than my child. Alex is autistic, and a lot of the tactics dont have a lot of relevance to her, but it really helped me see my error's and ways to improve both of our lives.
It was free, run over 6 weeks (1 group session per week plus an individual phone session per week and a follow up a month later) and totally worth it if you can make the time.

The one I was told about cost $520 per couple it's a full day 8am - 5pm! I'm not sure if I can afford that? Can any else recommend anything like it, I'm in Brisbane! Thanx

Did it 8 years ago and it was really good. Our's was over 6 weeks too and there was creche for the kids. It was free and was told about it by child health nurse. As LOAP said contact health nurse and she will put you onto free program run through community health. $520 eeekkkk.

The good thing about it was we all swapped numbers and met up for playdates ( 6 of us) for about 3 years afterwards, so ongoing support.

I could probably do with a refresher now I have a toddler again

Growing your own natural nails is easy. Years ago, I devised a simple and very effective technique which really helps boosts the nails' growth in as little as three days! And most importantly keeps them that way.
