I think their only dish that was unfinished was the white chocolate on the dessert and it sounds like that would've been a mistake to put on.

DP said the right team won. I'm not really sure as I was too busy cooking and stuffing my face so missed the start but gee some of the girl's dishes looked amazing. Wagu beef......mmmmmmm *drools*

If they had to do blind tastings, I'm sure the boys would have won! Going by the feedback it seemed that way. Oh well, well done to the girls.

I'm in Perth and it's still on. Bummer! I really wanted the boys to win!

I always think these shows are rigged, but I don't understand why they let the girls win? Everyone I know hated them, I don't know anyone that would buy a cookbook or anything from them. I think the friendly, good looking boys winning would have suited the marketing target audience more than these two..

They played the raised by a single mum card an awful lot. I think that's why they won, pity.

The girls are really amazing cooks, I'd buy their book I don't think they played the raised by single mum card much at all - I had no idea until she mentioned it last night!

I thought Rocco was quite rude to his mother, actually.

Exactly, they only mentioned it last night. Had it been in any other cook off, they wouldnt have said anything. But because it was the finale it apparently mattered.

Um... I think it's because her mum was there and she wanted to thank her I thought it was nice and well deserved on her mum's behalf.

They brought it up before her mum even appeared!

But yeah it was totally sweet. I had tears in my eyes. I don't know how single parents do it.
