OMG I kept wondering why the Dr was giving me the heeby jeebies, i kept thinking i wouldnt want him to be my Dr. Then it hit me, he reminds me of this creepy psychaitrist character in the book/movie Running with Scissors (by Augusten Burroughs) and now whenever I see him all I can hear in my head is "YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS IN HERE, THIS IS MY MASTURBATORIUM!"

My mum just rang and asked me if I thought the doctor and lawyer might be gay. Bless.

I feel sorry for them tonight. They tried so hard, took on board what the judges said last time and then crashed and burnt.

My heart dropped for them with the blood rice, but at least they had enough stuff to do it again, but it did look awful on the plate.

As for Thomarse, geez he's a disgusting individual. I can't stand looking at him and his scowl. And Carla is not much better. They didn't have to take so much delight in their failure. I hope their 1 comes back to bit them on the @rse. I can't wait for them to crash and burn back at HQ.

I think the others were fair in their votes. If the main was that salty, they couldn't expect much more than a 4 I reckon. Pity they couldn't get she points for their mohito. Everyone liked that.

its stupid though, they dont even need to have done it, if they had given them a fair score, they still would have been below them.

    they are both vile

Yes I feel sorry for them tonight too, not only because they were nice and I would much prefer to watch them than T&C - but also because they tried hard to have everything out on time, thought they knew what to look out for - dressing, enough sauce etc.

But yeah if something was completely inedible and the other two dishes average, they couldn't expect much :-(

I feel like shaking them all and saying "Practice and taste your dishes people!!" I mean even the TAS couple had obviously not had a trial run at the crackling and how a scallop would sit on top of it. SIGH

I was reading the current TV Week, and it says that the contestants have to submit a number of recipes to the producers and they choose the final menu, which is then given to the contestants 12 hours before they start shopping!

Also everyone eats at the same time and the other contestants give their verdicts before the judges so they aren't influenced.

Don't know if I'm going to keep watching, I really can's stand Thomarse and Carla... they make me so angry I can't enjoy the show.

Has anyone checked out the facebook page of MKR? It went off last night, seems everyone hates them too! So many saying they won't keep watching!

I felt bad for last nights couple too, I really like them.

I think MKR are achieving their goal with Thomas and Carla, people are going off about it everywhere. It's all a ratings thing. No-one is going to stop watching the show lol.

Oh & can I just say...wtf was with his red 3/4 pants the other night?!?!?!?
Hahahaha, I said the same thing about his pants! When Carla smiled at the final score last night I nearly threw the remote the tv!! And if I hear Thomarse say 'strategic' one more time I will get in that tv and smack him! Everyone round the table knows the measure of them and after some of his comments this week after the judges have liked the food I reckon the judges do too!
