Default Real estate agents, why is it...

That when a house is up for sale you accept the photos that are basically shots of the furniture and don't show the house at all?

This house here is a perfect example.

how many tables does one house need?

Oh good question! This used to annoy me so much when i was looking up properties online - i don't care about the damn furniture, show me the actual house!

And why do they not put floor plans on or list a freaking price range, I am sick of being pestered by agents because I rang/emailed to find out the EPR. Grrrrr.

I know...I'm not even interested in buying that house, just looked at it cause I was bored!! There's 4 pics of one table in there and no shot of the room it is in. I have found it rather amusing!

Such bad photography. We always got asked to check our photos when we were selling, I don't get how a seller can approve these completely useless photos!!

Icandream I love house plans!!! One house I looked at and thought looked fine. Then looked at the house plan and the bathroom came off the kitchen...like directly off. Tasty.

We are not all like that!!!!! All our houses have professional photography , floor plans and some have staging done - it's the cheap crappy agents that use crap photos, then get their secretaries to just upload every photo on the net! Granted some houses are shockers but we always tell our owners to move/lose furniture if it makes a room look bigger!
Always, always ask your agent when selling to show you the photos so you can approve them before they get published
photos/layout/presentation can attract so many more buyers and in turn can get so much more money!

I counted 9 tables if you include the coffee tables and the table between the wooden bench seat thing outside.

And what's with the picture of the ferntree?

But shame that house isn't in the area we want to move to...
