    Default Rash

My little guy (10 mth old) has come up with what looks like a rash of some sort. It is red raised dots only on arms and legs with red patch surroundingthem 1cm out, bit of a white tip end to them. He has had it two days now and booked to see Dr tomorrow. They don't appear to be itchy to him and he is in good spirits and no temp.

Any suggestions on what it could be? I'm thinking allergy to a food?

They almost look like sweat pimples. Or bites of some kind perhaps?

They look like bites to me, but google "erythema" and see if you can "rash match". In the absence of a temp or irritability I wouldnt be too concerned, also if you press it and it goes white is usually a good thing, my DD gets a lot of rashes I am thinking of doing allergy testing as she never has any other symptoms. Good luck.
