Not exactly sure why I was worried about this.. Just because it's a little bit different and I can't really think of a nickname for her etc... Not really sure, just know people can be mean if you are a bit outside what they think is acceptable!

Thanks for everyone's feedback though! I am definitely more convinced that I love it now!

Peyton isn't weird. It's becoming.quite common these days with both boys and girls.
There are few famous people with the name; peyton manning- the grid iron player, peyton reid a director. They are both males. There is a female actor called peyton. I can't remember her last name though.

I don't really like it, sorry, just giving my honest opinion! It's not all that bad, just not a name I'd use myself. But if it's a name that you like, then go for it! Even if others don't like it, they will adapt to it.

Peyton isn't my taste, but I don't think it would attract teasing or unwanted attention.

I know a little girl called Peyton :-) worst she gets is from me calling her Peyto-Potato or Peyto-Tato, but I say it lovingly :-)

It's def a unisex name. One of the female characters on One Tree Hill is called Peyton.

Beats having a common name :-)
