Default Did you know that anyone can view your address on the electoral roll?

I did know this. but i have never acted on it or known anyone who has. But it is definitely something that everyone should know - especially if you are fleeing violence for example, becoming a silent voter is definitely something you should chase up!

Yes, hence being a silent elector. However I needn't have worried, my ex was so stupid, he never would have thought about the electoral roll. He door knocked my old street instead

All you need to do is go to a Australian Electoral Commission and ask to view the roll.
So - you cant view it online - you need to go into an AEC office?? do they not ask why you want to view the roll??
