Default Is there such a thing as boobs that are too big to BF?

I'm a first time mum with bubs due within the next 2 weeks. A relative told me that if your boobs are too big you'll have trouble breastfeeding. Is this true? My bra size is HH.

    Thanks in advance.

My boobs were an F when i bf my daughter. Its not impossible but for me yes it was very uncomfortable and difficult at times. But you adapt and find what's comfortable for you.

So don't be disheartened yet it's totally doable

I have d-e size boobs and I am BFing fine two babies so far.

My advice get some help from a lactation consultant, different positions help and a good feeding pillow.

    Best of luck BFing

My friend is a G cup and she can breastfeed just fine. The football hold is good for small babies and bigger boob-ed mamas

No. My boobs are massive and no trouble bf my son. The only difficult thing is I had to use both hands to feed. I envy the people I see bf their baby in one arm and doing other things with the other arm. I had to hold my son with one arm and hold my feeding breast up so it would not suffocate him

I'm a GG or H cup and I'm feeding fine!! Relatives come out with all sorts of odd things. Everytime my Nana sees me feed she spends the whole time panicking that DD is being smothered, and then hovers around me with a wrap trying to cover me up so 'people can't see how big they are'. She's so good for the self esteem!!!!

I'm a G cup and BF for 13 months! At the start had a few pains in the sholders but then found all positions uncomfortable and laid down on the bed to BF.
Just give it a go to find out what position you find most comfortable
