I've been using it for about a week and need friends!!! I'm myztik666 (creative huh).

With the calories, I'm supposed to have 1200 a day. If I'm trying to lose weight do I need that much plus exercise or what? I'm confused still

My said 1200 but I have been having less because I'm full and I have been doing exercise so it adds around another 400 calories to my total amount for the day

Yeah the days I go to the gym it adds another 300-500 calories so I wasn't sure if I needed to eat more or not :/ I'm finding it hard to get to the 1200 as it is.

Don't eat more, just try to aim for around 1200 or less and try and do something active each day and you should lose

Ok good to know. I'm tending to sit around 200 under most days and the days I can't get to the gym I will sit on the exercise bike once the kids are in bed.

You seem to be doing well btw!!

it will tell you if you aren't eating enough calories. If youw ant to loose weight, then no need to eat back the calories you have burnt.

I'm finding drinking water when I get the urge to snack is working quite well. Can you get some lean cuisine or similar meals do you just have to shove them in the microwave?
