When I first got mfp I realised my calories were only about 890 to 1000 or so on average. I had no idea. I keyed in the details for the previous few days and it gave me a message that I wasn't eating enough and my body would be in starvation mode. I'm fixing that now though. It just shocked me.
Hi All... I have only just started using my fitness pal and would love some friends to share meal with, ideas that work and just the general journey. My name on MFP is xxxHolliexxx ... With the whole exercise thing do you eat back those calories so if my calories are meant to be 1300 a day and then I exercise off 600 calories - do I need to eat 1900 cal?
