how come you get to go out all day and all night and I never go anywhere.I don't have any friends anymore because I can never catch up with them because you always have plans and someone has to stay home with the kids and that someone is ALWAYS me.you suck .

If your LL has put the rent up that much, go to the tribunal in your state. That is a completely unreasonable rise and I seriously doubt the LL would win if you challenged it.
