They were giving me extra tips to avoid but just kept repeating over and over how important it was to avoid (which I already knew).

I think it made me super sensitive and my creative imagination started running wild haha!

FS has told me my estrogen levels are good but on the lower side of the scale which he seemed happy about.

up the water today. Already into 1l lol x

Meshell - how awful. So then what happened? How long did it take to go away? Did you have to cancel ET because of it?

I am terrified of getting it, as FS thinks I'm a risk because I have lots of follies in my ovaries (that's without any stimulation). He said although I don't have symptoms of PCOS, I do have polycystic ovaries ... just not the syndrome.

    Hi girls,

Had appt with fs, he says I have around 10-12 follies there and egg pick up will be Wednesday next week!

My follies are lazy aren't they!! Haha.

So fingers crossed I actually have eggies inside... Not like last time...

    X

Dancingbutterfly and Peoniesarepretty- My FS told me that the only way OHSS goes away is with AF which is why they don't do ET if you have it, because pregnancy only makes it worse! I was at risk but had no symptoms either before or after OPU so I think it's been ruled out now, phewf! I had lots of follies and the number of eggs collected (16) fell into the 'may be at risk' category. Apart from that I know nothing about it, except that it can eventually cause kidney damage?

Jessesgirl - Hooray for OPU next week!

MARTTC - Good luck with your OPU tomorrow!!! You made it!

Clementine - Congrats on being PUPO! How's it going being a queen?

Noms82 - Congrats on being in the TWW!!

Meshell23 - Yes to being positive! A Christmas baby would be such a lovely gift.

I'm now 8 days past transfer. I've been really sooky these past couple of days sort of like just before AF comes, but I don't think she's technically due until Tuesday. I actually have no idea, I stop the crinone on Monday morning so that's why I think that! This morning I felt this weird sensation, like I was being poked on the inside of my uterus. Hard to describe, I felt the tube scrape inside during ET and this was in roughly the same place. I described it to DH and he didn't think it was implantation... I'm a little bit hopeful!

I'm almost tempted to POAS early but will wait just a little longer yet!

Meshell, you must have posted while I was still writing. Oh my goodness that story sounded horrible! I would be the same too, I hate letting people in on the fact that I'm feeling sick. Based on what my FS told me about OHSS it's probably a blessing it was a BFN, maybe the stress of being sick did cause it? Hopefully it won't strike again!

Thus morning i am getting lots of funny cramps and uncomfortable feeling in my tummy. no boating but feeling very average! also extremely nervous now so nite sure if that's adding to it?
The nurse at clinic was drilling into me about OHSS yesterday so wondering if i have just got myself worked up?

any recommendations would be appreciated x

My trigger was last night at 7... I'm just feeling twinges / slight cramping and a little fuller than I was before but otherwise I think I'm okay.

    Hope you are okay xx

    Hey girls,

Just on my phone, had to go in and have a luveris shot this arvo! Was hoping I didn't have to have one as they cost $180 a shot but if it helps then do be it!

The fn explained it all to me, I've got 12 good size follies and 5-6 smaller ones which he doesn't think will grow enough by Wednesday.. No wonder I'm feeling it! Last time I only had 9!

So in for bloods Monday morning abd will have EPU Wednesday.. So follies grow my little precious's!! Haha

    X
