I had the same thing only a week or so ago - bubs would be really active for one day and then really quiet for 24-36 hours... It was so stressful!!
A trick someone on here told me is to lie on your belly if you can comfortably do so, and then lie quietly for 15-20 minutes. It worked a treat for me. Sometimes bubs is just sleeping, or facing the wrong way, or your placenta may be absorbing the movement.
though, I know how you must be feeling, but I am sure everything is ok.
DH keeps telling me that the whole reason for these trials and tribulations is to prepare us for what is to come. Stay positive and try drinking some lemonade. Apparently that helps. Keep in mind that bub is only tiny still so it probably takes a lot of effort to form a kick that can be felt.
