I have tried both and I felt the same both times.

I had the nasal spray the first time which was fine and then lucrin 2nd time. Only choose the lucrin for the convenience of injecting once a day rather than spraying 2 twice a day at 12 hour periods.. (more chance for me to stuff it up).. also when we went out at night I had to take the spray with me...

Lucrin cost $200 out of pocket but was happy to pay it for the convenince. Not sure if others have had different side effects though.

    Good luck : )

I had Lucrin the first time and hated it. Mostly because I got major bruising from the needles. I found the nasal spray so much easier and less painful.

Hi ladies, I did 3 synarel down reg cycles before trying lucrin. I had terrible headaches with the synarel chiefly because I only had a single follicle each time. However I grew 3 follicles with lucrin and my resultant DS will be 6 months next week.

I found the once-a-day jab much more convenient than 2 sniffs, especially with all the additional poor-responder stuff I was on. But everyone is different so you'll just have to go with your gut.

    Good luck with it all.

Lucrin all the way baby!! Lol, I have never tried the synarel, but I just cant imagine that stuff up my nose and dripping down my throat. Ugh. I read too many bad things about it haha. But then again, some people react badly to the lucrin.

The only side effect I got from the lucrin was hot flashes. And a headache every now and then...oh and a baby on the way haha, thats the best side effect!

    Goodluck with your cycle xoxo
