    Default Boy or girl?

I had my gender scan at 22 weeks pregnant. The baby was not cooperating and kept her legs together. The ultrasound tech said she wasn't positive but thought it was a girl. In the ultrasound we saw 3 lines. Two small ones with a long one going from front to back down the middle. I've heard that can mean boy too..? Has anyone else had an ultrasound with three lines and the middle one being longer and it was a boy or is that a good sign of A girl? They won't give me another ultrasound because baby was healthy that one and now I'm nervous because we have all pink stuff and I'm scared she'll come out a boy! lol

My boys never had any lines, they were all balls and penis.

U can pay for a private scan like those fancy 3D ones if it was really concerning u

We were planning to get a 3D ultrasound, but the closest is 2 hours away and costs $100. That's cheap for a 3D scan, but we're still trying to decide if it's best for us financially. :/ I have had a feeling through the whole pregnancy that she's a girl even before the ultrasound....but you know ONe person can tell you something that kinda makes you doubtful..lol

Sounds like you are having a girl if there were three lines at a 22 weeks scan. My anatomy scan for my son was obvious that he was a boy - you can see the penis and scrotum (looks like a turtle lol).

From what you have described baby sounds girly. Hopefully you can get the 3d ultrasound!

I had my morph scan a couple of days ago and it was very clear that this baby is a boy - and same with DS. As a PP said - it looks like a turtle, and no lines to be seen.

both my boys were obvious but the sonographer said on the odd occasion the balls can be squashed making the 3 line appearance.
