I've lost 25kg and went from a 16DD to a 12C although some of them are too big as well! Worst part for me in the not size but the sagging - I often joke that if I ran without a bra my boobs would give me a round of applause

Ive lost 7/8 kg with another 8ish to go and my boob are the same!!! Im always going to have BIG boobs i think . It would be nice to be a D cup again, ive ben an E cup or bigger since YEAR EIGHT!!!!

3 words for ya...PUSH UP BRA. There are some wonderful bra shops around that can give you the look of a bigger bust im sure!!

My God, that gave me a hilarious mental picture and it's early yet, but that might have just made my day!

I am lucky that they don't sag - 2 kids and still quite perky LOL. That sucks there's not a lot I can do about it as I really do not like the idea of being flat chested again .

Trusty, my friend went to Thailand on a cosmetic surgery holiday last year...I guess that is always an option later down the track .

My boobs don't seem to shrink. Well, they do I think, but my cup size remains the same... so they remain proportionate to my body. 26kg gone and still an E cup. It's happened like that every other time I've lost weight too. Or gain. If I gain, they remain the same, and pregnancy didn't grow them bigger either.

I've heard a LOT of women tend to lose their boobs first though - a massive fear of mine, and if it happened, I would absolutely go get fake ones put in just to replace what I had lost.

I got my weight down to the lower point of the healthy weight range. My boobs were a C cup, but when I lost the weight I affectionately referred to my boobs as "nipple flaps" because in a crop top, it looked like I had none. Thank goodness for pregnancy, the girls have returned for a while.

I was an A cup when I met DH, a D while in the first months of pregnancy, a G in the last months, swelled to a JJ afterwards, went down to 74 kilos and I'm a J at the moment at about 70 kilos.

I want to get down to about 65 kilos before TTC and I hope I don't loose boob

Doing exercises to strengthen the muscles behind your boobs will help them look fuller
