I was induced at 37 weeks due to baby having a life threatening medical condition. Cervix was favourable and 1cm dilated so I didn't need gel but was put on a drip. After only getting to 4cm after 7 hours I had an epidural which sped things up and had DD a couple of hours later naturally with only a small graze after 3 pushes. She was a very tiny 4p 13 oz though.

induced with DS at 38w3d via ARM and synto for about 1/2 hr before it was turned off.
5.5hrs from ARM to holding bub...vaginal delivery, no interventions, no drugs.
I had asked for the gas to be set up but didn't need it for the first 4.5 hrs. The last hr was one overwhelmingly, intense, world of pain but I couldn't have sucked on that gas if I'd tried...took all my concentration to just catch my breath and believe I could push out my big boy!

Induced at 34 weeks due to pre-eclampsia. My body was no way ready to have bubs. Was induced first with the foley's catheter. Think I got to 1 or 2 cm's. Had my waters broken by them. Had the gel and drip. Had an epidural due to the BP issues and the fact they were worried the induction could cause labour and pain to ramp up making my BP worse. And then nothing. Didnt get any further, labour never established. Ended up with an emergency c-section 36 hours after induction started and 5 hours after my waters were broken as bub had passed meconium and was getting distressed

Induced at 35+2 with ID twins. 9 hours later ended up with emergency c/s under general.
I went into preterm labour 3 times which was stopped with nifedipine, I had also been complaining for 2 weeks that I was leaking and was told it was urine. At my final ultrasound there was a massive decrease in the fluid surrounding twin 2 and they had been showing signs of distress. Probably should have just had planned c/s, I think I was a little neglected especially as I spent 8 weeks in hospital on bed rest.
