They're getting better. I would much prefer it if they held our hands all the time or just stayed beside us but we'll get there eventually I'm sure

You have done great!so glad to hear you're starting to feel better. Going into labour and not being 100% would be even harder!
I miss my twin belly. Only since its been gone do I see the beauty in its hugeness lol. Back then it was just this big ball that was uncomfortable and got in the way!

I can imagine it would be stressful but im sure they will improve

I have 9 days to recover fully, come on immune system! Everyone keeps commenting that they thought my belly would be bigger lol I keep hitting it on things lately. DH tells me off for poking my belly hehe its fun feeling their lumps and bumps moving around in there. Its pretty unreal

Welcome! Glad to see someone has come across when are you due? Do you know what type of twins you have? Very close for me, but we are ready and cant wait! I have been blessed with a very very easy straight forward pregnancy

Thanks, at this stage I've only had my booking appointment at the hospital and will see a doc there in two weeks. I should know exact date then. My EDD is 29 sept but I assume I will have them a bit earlier. Don't know a great deal apart from having one placenta and separate sacs, most likely identical.

I also have a specialist scan next week to check for Down syndrome soft markers (I think that's the term?) for one twin and depending on results, possibly an amnio. But with a risk of 1:430 for this one twin compared to 1:200 of miscarriage with amnio I don't think i will risk it so hopefully the scan reveals good results. Risk factor isn't even that high but my GP referred me for further testing so it freaked me out. But after a lot of research I'm feeling positive

I'm keen to chat to a professional so I know more about my twins, it's the wait that's frustrating! I notice you guys are further along so i look forward to hearing about your experiences

You have the same type as me having two sacs and one placenta is classed as MoDi (im not going to try and spell the entire name lol).

You will have many many scans. I had fortnightly scans from 20 weeks to check for twin-twin transfusion. Some hospitals begin checking earlier but I guess it depends on the doctor. Im sure they will explain more to you at your appointment

Dont stress too much about your numbers. Maybe try and think about it another way as well; if your amino results came back as positive for DS what would you do? If you would go ahead with the pregnancy even if it was positive then there really isnt a need to go ahead and get it..

Try not to worry about anything until you have a need to

I have to go into hospital today for a repeat blood test, I had a blood test taken last week because my blood pressure was high but my platelets were low. FX it comes back ok..
