I had it confirmed by ultrasound today twin B has infact turned from head down back to breech again! Naughty girl! So there is certainly room for them to do it lol It probably depends on your body as well maybe

Ooh there's a multiples thread here!!
I'm 22 Weeks with two boys.. Not sure if they are identical, that's our surprise :-)

I'm a little disappointed that my ob will only deliver twins via c section but she's great and the hospital I'm booked into was amazing when I had my little boy there 18 mths ago. Anyhow, by what I've researched, a lot of twin births end up in a c section... I'm just not looking forward to the recovery period.

Welcome! Do you know what type of twins you have? (MoMo, MoDi, DiDi?)

Not sure if they are mono or dizygotic, but they are in separate sacs. I'm not sure if it's any indication, but the two boys are measuring close to identical at every scan.

Do you have one placenta then? Mine are in seperate sacs but share a placenta. 80% chance of being identical until we know otherwise we just say our girls are identical

I personally think its important for you to know. Having one placenta is much higher risk than two but if they have seperate placentas theres a higher chance they arent identical. In saying that though they still could be theres no real way to know unless you have a girl and a boy or genetic testing

Hello, I feel like it's been ages since I've been on here. Just spent the last 4 days in hospital with my boys (yep, both twins admitted to hospital within 12 hours of each other!) Z got admitted about 12pm on Tuesday and Q was admitted about 11pm Tuesday night! Both have been diagnosed as having Reactive Airways Disease (pretty much exactly the same as asthma, except they only get it when they catch a virus). Was a pretty sh1te week TBH. So glad to be home!

    Welcome Speccie

    How are you travelling Jess?

    Sorry if I've missed anyone!

    Hi ladies :-)
Question for you. If my babies are born before Jume 30 then I'll get an extra $2000 via the baby bonus. It decreases by that amount after June 30 thanks to new legislation. That would make my boys 34 Weeks.. I'm wanting to know what to expect at that age? Breathing difficulties? Sucking difficulties?
