Oh yeah, cool. The weights evening out means no TTTS at this stage then? That would be a weight off your shoulders! My two were DiDi so no worry of TTTS. They were born at 35+4 weighing 2230g and 2490g

Nope my obs have pretty much cleared me from risk of TTTS I am continuing fortnightly scans mainly due to them being small. Not bad weights at all! Were yours in hospital long?

8 days - 7 in SCN. I think it possibly could have been shorter had we decided to bottle feed from the beginning. I tried so hard to breastfeed but a lot of factors made us decide to bottle feed with formula and EBM on day 7. Day 8 they roomed in with me and day 9 we came home.

For sure! Especially when on day 3 we asked roughly how long until they would be able to come home and as a very general guide they said until they were term - I broke down after hearing that! But basically to be eligible for discharge they need to be past 36 weeks gestational age, having all suck feeds, gaining weight and obviously they need to be well.

Of course So far so good my aim is at least 36 weeks for that reason. I would hate to need to be in hospital for weeks like some people are I am 34+5 today so were not too far off our first goal

Getting close now Jess! Bet you're getting excited. Do you feel like your stomach is really stretched and sticky-out?
We found out on Thurs that we're having boys. So we get the surprise of whether they are identical or not once they're born (although I'm guessing that unless it is really obvious, there may be a need for a DNA test).

Congrats tap! Same here people keep asking if they are identical and im past explaining it now so I just say yes since it is highly likely because they share a placenta.

I am very excited! Highly nervous about going into labour and the unknown associated with that being my first pregnancy but I cant wait to meet our girls I dont feel like im that big at all. I am certainly getting sore and get tired a lot quicker. Just a trip around our local shopping centre requires multiple rest stops now, I feel useless!

Congrats on 2 boys Tap! They really are wonderful (most of the time lol)
We had the surprise of whether our were identical or not as well. They are VERY similar and everyone still asks me if they're identical. I'm pretty sure they're not!

I miss my twin belly so much! Even though I struggled with it (I'm only 5 foot!), it was so big and beautiful even with all the angry stretchmarks

Oh Jess, not long now and you'll have them on the outside with you! How exciting!

Its a shame you cant really know for sure if they are identical without DNA testing unless they are MoMo of course..

I cant wait! Im 36 weeks next tuesday so really they can join us anytime now! Im content for them to come anytime they would like I feel quite ready. I would prefer them to come on their own slightly early then be induced and risk a c section
