    Thank you -my beloved ones.

Today's scan was really good. They couldn't find anything wrong with my little guy. Praise God!!!! The thing is, when i see my dr, that's when i usually hear the bad news. Hopefully that won't happen on Friday.
Our little guy was being very uncooperative and the scan took an hour!! I loved the entire hour though, so "thanks little man" xxxx

Will update after Fridays appt but feeling quite positive at this moment 😃.

    Hi Angenrod,
Sorry for late reply, don't get on here often anymore. To answer your questions first, no we didn't do ivf and we don't know if we are having a boy or girl, waiting for the surprise :-)
My placenta was also low lying, but started to rise about 24 weeks I think. Now it's in a good position. Sonographer told me they often start low and rise as bubs grows. I am now 28 weeks, fluid levels are back to normal and bubs is going well. Glad to hear your little one is doing well also. I hope it continues and stays put for as long as possible.

    Updating for any regular readers!!

I'm now 23w4d and had a scan today. Bub is measuring 23w2d, weighs 600gms, and the amnio sac/fluid is right in the middle of a normal range. I hope anyone that faces a situation similar to mine, has faith, and stays positive, as this is a true testimony to date that all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us! I'm living proof of this.

I will continue to update till bubs arrives, which will be anywhere within the next 14 weeks ( as I'm opting for a 38 week delivery, if I get that far)!!

I still pray all will be ok with my little man, but right at this moment, there's no reason why he won't be ok!

    Another update.

Today I'm 27w5d. Yesterday I had my scan and little bubba had gone from
Being in the 25th centile to 10th centile ( meaning out of 100 babies, 90 were bigger than my bubba. They say between 10-90 is normal, but err on the side I caution when hitting either end of the scale)

I was a little devistated as I truly believed my bubba was gonna sail through and prove all the doctors wrong. Bubba may still do that, but I'm starting to worry.

The sonographer who I have each f/n said to make weekly scan appointments from now on, so I have.

I went straight to my Ob, who was not baffle by this as he said he was expecting this to happen at some stage. He sent me to the hospital to have steroid injection, and I have to go back again today to have another steroid injection (to help bubs lungs develop). He also has requested for bubs heart to monitored 2 times a week on top of the weekly ultrasound scans. So in a nut shell, we are being cared for at an extremely high level which I'm please with.
We did briefly talk about how long will bubba last inside, and Ob thinks bub will be here between 3-6 weeks (30-33weeks gestation). Obviously I'm opting or 33 weeks, however, still praying for 36 weeks.
Also talked about where I will deliver, and to my surprise it comes down to where ever there is a level 3 nicu bed available... So basically they try as close to home but prepare to be shifted to another state (worse case scenario)!!! Lucky it isn't more than one I'm having...

I've had a lot of Braxton hicks in the past week. Not sure if this is related to anything... I forgot to ask.

I also now have gestational diabetes and I'm on a controlled diet at present to see if I can keep it under control. Will find out at the end of the week what's gonna happen there. Just being monitored by diet, testing blood sugar levels 4 times a day for now.

So, here's hoping bubba will have a placenta feeding him properly over the next 6 weeks or more. Will update as things progress...

Cheers for reading hoping I am
Giving some mums in same situation some hope xxxx

All things are possible through Christ who strengthens me!
