    It does depend on what they are eating too OP. My DS1 didn't take solids until 10/11 months, so all of his nutrition came from his formula.

    ^^agreed, a 1 year old needs 10mg of iron a day so make sure your kids are eating a lot of iron rich food every day my DS is a great eater but definitely wasn't doing that much iron every day just from solids so I kept him on stage 2 goat formula
    cows milk has no iron ( unless it's added) and at 15 months he still has 2 formula drinks a day
