    Default Noisy tummy!

    This probably seems horribly trivial compared to everyone else’s terrible morning sickness.

    I am getting mild nausea on and off thought the day, I’ve taken to putting a little peppermint oil on a tissue and breathing it in seems to calm it so far.
    What is really bothering me is the sounds my stomach has started making! Horrid gurgly, burbly sounds! I work in a little glass booth with a microphone to talk to customers and i’m pretty sure over the past couple of days a few customers have heard these noises!

    Its so embarrassing!

    I’m in the very early stages now so i can’t even tell my co-worker who probably think i have some disgusting gastro bug

    Any advice on how to keep thing a little quieter?

    Try eating small amounts often. Dry biscuits could help but sorry to say that even at 13 weeks I still have the gurgling sounds. I'm just used to them now. One of the joys of pregnancy.
