Lol He isn't a huge eater so I was so surprised and kinda annoyed too coz normally a dish that size will last the 4 of us 2 nights

Did the bolognaise tonight, with 1/2 beef 1/2 kangaroo mince. Was great :-) roo mince adds a richness to bolognaise. Also added fennel seeds- dh loves them in it.
FertileMertile - this was my first time and it was delicious! I used slightly too much liquid (my bad) but the flavour was awesome. I'll definitely be doing this again.
I got the tip from my BIL's Italian family - apparently it's very common in Italy to combine these two. I'm not a huge pork fan so don't usually buy it, but loved this dish
I made this cake yesterday and was so surprised with how it turned out! I love cooking alternatively and sometimes things taste like cr@p but I will definitely be making this again!
