Oh that's awesome! Glad you all liked it! I made it for DH and the kids sunday and went to work. Came home to find only a tiny bit left in the thermoserver then DH confessed he had 3 servings! Lol He isn't a huge eater so I was so surprised and kinda annoyed too coz normally a dish that size will last the 4 of us 2 nights

Have you made it before pesca? The beef pork combo sounds devine! I really like this recipe and normally serve it with egg noodles for DH and the kids. Kids always devour it but DH said he likes it but its not a favourite. I think it's awesome tho and a good way to get veggies into the kids!

Have any of you tried quirkys Huevos Rancheros recipe? I'm a huge egg fan so love this dish. Especially for brekky.

Did the bolognaise tonight, with 1/2 beef 1/2 kangaroo mince. Was great :-) roo mince adds a richness to bolognaise. Also added fennel seeds- dh loves them in it.

FertileMertile - this was my first time and it was delicious! I used slightly too much liquid (my bad) but the flavour was awesome. I'll definitely be doing this again.

I got the tip from my BIL's Italian family - apparently it's very common in Italy to combine these two. I'm not a huge pork fan so don't usually buy it, but loved this dish

I made this cake yesterday and was so surprised with how it turned out! I love cooking alternatively and sometimes things taste like cr@p but I will definitely be making this again!

Haha! Welcome to the dark side

Risotto, custard, sorbet? Stroganoff! Mash! Oh, it's hard! My first thing was peanut butter, then pumpkin soup

    Definitely the stock first!

Then maybe a risotto? They are pretty easy. Or just scout the community and see what jumps out at you!
