    I am making this tonight. I was scouting my saved recipes on the community and I forgot all about this one! It was a huge hit the last few times I made it.

    I don't use cream and use coconut cream instead. Also you don't need 100g of Parmesan I only use half that and still have some left over

    No probs! If you use proper cream it's extremely rich but still yummy! Hope you like it

    I know what you mean - but the softer style suits my DS who still doesn't have many teeth! I could have eaten the whole batter mix pre-cooked though

    Made this last night with coconut cream. Loved it!!! Thanks so much. Making quirky Jo bolognaise tonight. I've printed all the recipe suggestions and ones we use dh will laminate and ring bind. He's started with the above recipe
