Honestly could not live without my thermomix.

It does seem like a lot of work but it's the only way I could convince DH to let me spend that much So if there is anybody on the Central Coast that is interested please let know
Hey that's actuallypretty good. Imagine you sell 2 or 3 at one party:thumbup:

I buy a gluten free bread mix.
The best one I've found is sadly $15 a kilo.
I then follow the cheese and bacon roll recipe.

This was the roll up recipe I loosely followed.
I added a box of frozen berries, 2 apples, 1 orange, juice from 1 lemon.

Although I got slammed in my thermomix FB group for cooking the fruit.
Other people just process the fruit and dry it out?

How would you just dry it out without cooking it though?

That would be great but with the high price tag I think that's pretty rare. I have people lined up for demos but they are doing it to help me out and basically said they won't be buying. That's what I thought when I went to my demo

Dehydrator I guess. Keeps a lot more of the nutrients in?

Seriously? Some people need to get out more!
I have a few new thermy books, one of them is after school snacks and has a roll up recipe and yep- you cook it!

Seriously I'm paying $2000 for a kitchen machine and they couldn't make sure all the recipes work.....I made the bread rolls which turned out like scones and pasta sauce that had way to much liquid and the butter chicken is awful!

    Anyone else had this problem??
The butter chicken in EDC IS gross. But the one in the Indian book is amazing. I got it from the forum if you want the recipe.
