    Hello ladies.
Love my thermomix too! Life saver for quick easy meals on the nights I don't feel like cooking and can't justify another take out meal husband is starting to use it more too!
Oh and with the 30 second orange cake, add poppy seeds! It tastes amazing! They're awesome as muffins too

I just made the orange cake, but added poppy seeds and made muffins instead. The batter alone was worth it

I used less butter and sugar, so will be keen to see how they taste once cooled. Smell devine though!

Made the cake as cupcakes with lemon. Batter light and fluffy. Lemons were home grown very small and with a lot of pith. Cupcakes are quite bitter which is a shame. Next time will remove some of the pith or buy some oranges.
Also made devilled sausages, peppermint slice (awesome) and lcm bars for ds.
If I have enough energy tonight ill make more herb and garlic dip, veggie stock and pre make thai red curry paste for tomorrow's dinner.
Has anyone had success with yoghurt?

I've made the carrot falafel balls only recently and they were great. I hope yours turned out nice as well. Gotta make them again.
I whipped up a carrot and zucchini slice tonight for DD. So easy - much easier than grating everything.

Syrup for 30 second orange cake:

Cook 120g sugar (I usually use less) and 60g orange juice for 3 mins at 80 deg on speed soft. (Lemon juice if making a lemon cake.)
Pour on cake while still warm.

    Ladies please help!

I'm attempting to use the varoma for the first time and have never seen it in action (worlds worst consultant). I'm cooking salmon on the bottom shelf thingy.

Can I cook veggies in the bowl or top shelf thingy of the varoma at same time?
