I use the gluten free nugget recipe on the recipe forum. Has carrot and zucchini in it for bonus veggies. They turn out more like mini chicken patties. Makes 30-40 and I freeze them in lots and chuck them in the oven for 10mins and they turn super crunchy and delish. The recipe just uses flour as a coating but I use panko breadcrumbs because gluten isn't an issue I'm our house......

They are super easy to do! The mixture is very very wet and is to hard to believe they actually work haha. So don't worry about that.

As for ketchup is used the basic ketchup recipe first and then just add what I had in the fridge and went on a whim. Basically 1kg if tomatoes, a few capsicum, spices, honey and vinegar. Will pm you the recipe if you want. Makes about 500ml and I just chuck it in a sauce bottle and it never lasts more than 2 weeks in my house but will probably last around a month in the fridge.

Mind forwarding me the recipe to mummtime
Also curious as to what recipe for syrup people have used for the orange/lemon cake. I made it and its great with cream but I think syrup would really add to it
