Did you make the baby food recipes up yourself Altropos? Or are they from the new baby and toddler book? I'm going to get that book soon for when DS starts solids, I've heard its pretty good.
The speed is 2. They turn out really good. I've made them quite a few times now.

    Today I've made:
    Cauliflower and broccoli cheese
    Creamy chicken and pumpkin risotto
Dairy free (rice and cashew) custard
    Almond milk
    Orange sorbet.

I didn't even realise I'd used it that much. Love my thermie! I haven't had a day since I got mine that I haven't used it at least once.

    Yes! It is amazing

I add a syrup, but it is great on its own. I often substitute with lemon too.
