Subbing too. I love my thermomix and use it about 3 times a day. Today I made honey mustard chicken, steamed rice, chocolate mousse and pineapple sorbet.

Can I ask for your honey mustard chicken recipe? We used to have 1 jar meal which was chicken tonight but I've cut out all pre packaged foods but would love to make something similar.

Me and my thermie (Facebook page) has an amazing butter chicken recipe! I make mine dairy free and use coconut cream instead.

I'm kind of regretting it. So far it's an expensive blender and porridge maker. I really need to start using it again.

I went through this. I even considered selling it!
I've fallen in love with it again. Try looking up some new recipes.
Quirky cooking spicy BBQ chicken is really nice?

I found a nice honey mustard chicken on the forum thermomix site. It was meant to have seeded mustard but I only had Dijon so used that. I commented to DH that it tasted like a homemade chicken tonight. Maybe you can give this one a go?

    Are you enjoying your thermie?
I have only had mine for about 6 weeks and I love mine! Don't know how I managed before.
Today I made chai latte from scratch in it - yum!

Benji maybe try some of quirky cooking's recipes? They are delicious - funny though the only one I didn't really like was her spicy BBQ chicken which everyone else seems to love.
Maybe you could try making bread or yoghurt in it? My thermie is dedicated gluten free but I so wish I could make cheesymite scrolls!
I think once you start using it regularly its hard not to use it. I do love mine but I purposely use it for dinner in some way every night, even if its just steamed veggies in the varoma.
