That's a bugger Benji. Have you been looking up and bookmarking recipes you want to try?

sort of - kinda hard to know what I can and can't do with it though, because I haven't got it to try yet. Frustration! Oh well, who knows I might not even like it lol. Old fashioned baking it is this weekend!

Anyone have a good chicken stock recipe? I have only made it once and I don't think I did it probably, it was a thick puree that I put in ice cube trays but it never froze? Maybe too much salt? I threw it out after a week and never ended up using it.

Yep it wont freeze due to the salt content, just store it in a jar in the freezer

Tenina's Book For Foods Sake has a beautiful powdered chicken salt recipe. I would also highly recommend Alyce Alexandra's books. Quirky Cooking is also a great blog to have a look at

Tenina's stuff always works out for me. She has a webpage with some free recipes or you could buy her book.

Pinterest is where I get most of my stuff. I just follow other people's Thermomix boards and just pin what interests me.

I have found better recipes on the internet than I have in any of the official Thermomix books. I have found a Butter Chicken recipe that $hit$ all over the one in the everyday cookbook.
