Happy- I would try asking on the Thermo forum why you had problems with the hollaindase sauce.

I made these on the weekend - spinach pizza scrolls. DD was like "cool! Green bread!" and ate 3.

Hahaha, sucked in DD - you just ate spinach!

Hi Girls, ive had my thermomix a week and im a little unsure on what to make, can i please have some help on easy family dinners that children will love and hubby to. I tried the beef stroganoff and it was a complete failure- meat was way to tought and when i bought the cayenne pepper the only one i could find was extra hot so it was to spicy, tough and didnt thicken at all.
I had much more sucess with the chicken and mushroom risotto and it was a hit with all but im already out of ideas.

The apricot chicken in the EDC is nice, as is the lasagne. Have you been on the forum? A huge hit in this house is the Cashew Coconut Chicken by Quirky Jo (not the real name but it should come up if you search for it). It's fabulous!!
